Chicken Majestic is a dry chicken dish marinated with Indian spices with an appealing look. A huge gettogether or small parties this is amazing starter dish to serve your guests. <br /><br />Ingredients:<br />(Serves 4)<br />- 500 gms Chicken<br />- 250 ml Butter Milk<br />- Salt<br />- 3-4 tbsp All Purpose Flour<br />- 1 tsp Ginger Paste<br />- 1 tsp Garlic Paste<br />- 1 Egg <br />- Oil(for frying)<br />- 3 Garlic Cloves(chopped)<br />- 10-12 Curry Leaves<br />- 3 Green Chillies(chopped)<br />- 1 tsp Ginger Paste<br />- 1 tsp Garlic Paste <br />- 1 cup Curd(whipped)<br />- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder<br />- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder<br />- 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder<br />- 1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder<br />- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder<br />- 1/4 cup Mint Leaves(chopped)<br />- 1 tsp Soy Sauce<br />- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce<br />- Salt<br />- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves(chopped)<br />- 1/2 lemon Juice<br /><br />Method:<br />1. Take chicken in a large bowl and add butter milk, salt <br />2. Mix it well and let it rest in the refrigerator for around 2 hours <br />3. After 2 hours, separate chicken from the buttermilk and keep it in a separate bowl <br />4. Now, add salt, all purpose flour, ginger paste, garlic paste, egg to the chicken and mix it well <br />5. Keep this chicken in the refrigerator for an hour <br />6. After this, deep-fry chicken strips and take it out on a plate <br />7. Now, in a wok heat 2 tbsp of Oil; add chopped garlic cloves, curry leaves, chopped green chillies, ginger paste, garlic paste and saute it till the raw smell of ginger-garlic paste goes away <br />8. Add whipped curd, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander seeds powder, cumin seed powder, black pepper powder, chopped mint leaves to the wok and mix it, till it turns dry <br />9. Now, add soy sauce, red chilli sauce, salt, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice to the wok, along with fried chicken and coat the chicken well with the thick gravy <br />10. Take it out and serve it
